Celebrate Easter at Glenmore

eastereggsIt’s hard to believe that Easter is this weekend. Wasn’t it just recently that it was cold and wintry outside?

Luckily, the weather is now gorgeous and spring seems to be well and truly here, which means that things should be lovely for Easter festivities at Glenmore.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday at 2:00 on the Clubhouse Lawn. This event is open for children 11 years old and under. The cost is $5 per child, which includes a basket, eggs, and candy. To RSVP or for more information, please contact April at 434-817-0505 or aporter@glenmorecountryclub.com

On Sunday, members are invited to Easter brunch in the Ballroom. There are two seatings at 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The menu can be found on the Club’s website. The cost is $37 for adults, $17 for youth (ages 4-12), and free for little ones (3 and under). Reservations are required. Call Wilma at 434-817-0528.

Finally, there will be a petting zoo on the Clubhouse Lawn from 11:30-2:30 on Easter Sunday. There’s no charge for this event, which is likely to be adorable.

Hoppy Easter to all!
