Beth Hyder, Catering Director at Glenmore, owes her success in special event and wedding planning to her focus on personal service. She maintains a standard of personal service that requires “truly attentive, one-on-one service to members or the bridal party. It is vital that our customers feel completely relaxed and at ease. Glenmore offers outstanding catering for any event – from the grandest occasion to the simplest meeting. You do not need to be a Glenmore Country Club member or be sponsored by a GCC member in order to take advantage of Glenmore’s exquisite catering facilities.

The Glenmore clubhouse offers many special event locations and meeting spaces:
The Grand Ballroom is our most popular—and spacious—banquet venue. With 3,600 square feet and 12 ft ceilings, the sunny yellow ballroom can accommodate a reception of 300 people, banquet seating for 250, theater-style seating for 250, and classroom set-up for 200.
Edinburgh, Lochleven, and Stirling Rooms
For smaller functions, our ballroom is divided into the Edinburgh, Lochleven, and Stirling rooms. Each has a separate entrance with 1,221 square feet of banquet space in 33-37 ft. dimensions. Each room can accommodate a reception of 100 people, banquet seating for 70, theater-style seating for 100, classroom set-up for 50, and boardroom set-up for 30 people.
The boardroom setting of the Pinnacle Room provides the perfect setting for smaller gatherings and meetings. The 19×26 room has 8 ft ceilings and accommodates 15 people.
The beautifully appointed elegance of the Rivanna Room makes it a popular venue for showers and rehearsal dinners. The Rivanna Room’s 9½ ft ceilings and 864 square feet comfortably seat 70 people in a traditional reception format, 50 in banquet set-up, 30 in classroom set-up, and 25 in boardroom set-up.
